I am a personal testimonial to the benefits of massage. A former runner and dancer, my life was changed after a car cracked several bones and tore muscles and soft tissue throughout my body. Massage made a huge difference, helping me recover not only physically but also mentally and emotionally. Several years later, I still get regular massages to this day to maintain and prevent further injury. In the eighteen years that I have been a licensed massage therapist, I have had the pleasure to work on basketball players, football players, triathletes, volleyball players, runners, golfers, cancer survivors, car accident survivors, paraplegics, people with carpal tunnel and rotator cuff issues, hip replacements, knee replacements, and the many others who are just tired of dealing with chronic stress and pain. Massage is part of a healthy routine and lifestyle and I would love to help you incorporate it into yours.

Anita graduated from the Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy in Boulder, CO in June 2022, bringing a fresh, thoughtful approach to bodywork rooted in over 15 years of experience in healthcare. A 2008 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy, I have spent most of my career as a clinical pharmacist in hospital settings, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
Inspired to connect more directly and hands-on with clients, I transitioned into massage therapy to integrate my deep knowledge of the human body with the healing power of therapeutic touch. I believe in working collaboratively to help clients feel their best—whether that means reducing pain, supporting mobility, or simply offering a space to rest and recharge.
I have expanded my practice by pursuing advanced training in oncology massage and lymphatic massage, furthering my ability to support clients with specialized needs. My dual background in pharmacy and massage allows me to approach care with both clinical insight and compassionate presence.
